For Aerialists.
I offer a variety of technique workshops for aerialists from beginner through advanced. Workshops cover topics such as efficient movement pathways, tricky wraps and theory breakdowns, and composition and choreography techniques to make “moves” into magic. I love bringing my Decade+ of circus coaching and my history as a professional dancer and choreographer to bear to make a warm, fun, yet highly technical workshop experience.

For Pre-Professionals.
In conjunction with master kinesiologist Mary Ann Foster, I have spent the last 5 years developing a Kinesiology program for advanced and pre-professional movers through a lens of Body Mechanics and Neuromuscular Repatterning. I would love to share my accessible, application-driven approach with your advanced students! This program has been road tested on dance majors at Metro State University of Denver, has been offered in the Pro Prep Program at Esh Circus Arts, and will be offered to the students of Aloft’s Pro Track Program this summer. I offer single workshops, or up to a 7-part in depth series. Share with me your vision, and I’m happy to adapt to your needs!
For Coaches.
I also offer workshops in Applied Kinesiology for circus coaches! I love to help coaches break down stuck points in their students’ progress using the framework of body mechanics and neuromuscular repatterning. These can be offered as a single workshop, or we can dive deep in a series of 3, 5, or 7 workshops to really learn the tools and apply them to your coaching with ease!
Poetic Anatomy for Movement Artists.
For advanced and professional movement artists of any stripe, I offer a signature Poetic Anatomy workshop series which premiered at the Excessive Realness Dance Festival. In this workshop, movers learn principles of anatomy, movement efficiency and body mechanics by using their bodies to live into the concepts. We breathe together, move together, and sink into playfulness and metaphor to not just learn more about how our bodies work as a whole, but to feel the internal map of ourselves in a rooted and connected way.
